American Express Premier Rewards Gold Business 50,000 Point Offer
American Express has just bumped the bonus for their Business Premier Rewards Gold Card from 25,000 up to 50,000 bonus points. Honestly, this is one of the best credit card bonus offers currently out there, especially after AMEX seemed to be lying low on the offer front recently. Membership Rewards points have become slightly devalued recently, but I would argue they are still fairly valuable, especially for their ability to be transferred to a number of airline and hotel partners.
Through November 12, 2012 you can apply for this card, using this link. To be eligible for this bonus, the requirement is that you spend $5,000 in 3 months of receiving the card, or ~$1,660 each month.
And contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to have a corporation in order to get a business credit card. After all, I suppose you could argue that no matter what our jobs may be, we are still the CEO of Me Inc. While I disagree with his stance on not using credit cards, I think Dave Ramsey has great advice in suggesting running your life and your budget, as if it were a business.
Now, I know a number of bloggers have covered this already, but I think it can’t hurt to at least mention it when an incredible offer comes along, and this is certainly the case.
Besides a good bonus, the card has some significant benefits as well. Like the Personal version of the Premier Rewards Gold Card, you earn 3x points spent airfare, and 2x spent on dining. In addition though, the business version earns double points on advertising and shipping in the case of the Business card, and 5 points/$ on office supplies, cable television, internet, and cell point service, and purchase protection for up to 90 days.

Finally, I should mention that the Terms and Conditions specifically state that the bonus is not “not available to applicants who have had this product or any other Business Gold, Green or Platinum Card® account within the last 12 months.”
If you do currently have one of these American Express cards, you can certainly try. I think this offer though, is especially suited for those who are new to the churning game.

This card gives 3 points per dollar on airfare and 2 points per dollar on advertising, gas and shipping (vs gas and groceries on the personal Premier Rewards Gold card) and 1x for everything else. The T&C state that you need to apply by today using Bonus ID A2AA, but there is nowhere on the application to enter that promo code. However, if you go through the application I recommend taking a screen shot of your information with the 75,000 point sign-on bonus information along the right hand side of the screen just to be safe.
